Heater Fan

I have a 2003 Town and Country LXI minivan, when I start it the heater fan runs on the highest setting and I cannot turn it down or off. I'm not sure where to start looking, any thoughts? Thanks.

If you have auto temp, the blower resistor is bad. It is located behind the glove box. Run you probably 75 to 100 dollars.
