08 Grand caravan I have a problem with the tire pressure monitor the lite will stay on and the pressures r what it says on the door jam

 

How long has it been going on? How many miles on the vehicle? Any recent tire, brake or wheel work done?

 

I've had the van 2 weeks started 4th day 241000 km and don't know when tire work was done I'm 2nd owner

Are there any additional codes set with the tire pressure light? The tire pressure sensors are designed to function with the original wheel and tire combination. Changes such as rim or the use of aftermarket sensors can affect performance.
