Hello. i have a 2002 dodge grand caravan and its stuck into limp mode. my millage is frozen at (190,499) and my [P][R][N][d][3][L] is lit up and circled i cant tell if im in drive or not. i can drive 50 mph but my rpms will ride at 5,000 i have replaced my tcm and both speed sensors. i get the codes (p-1389) (p-1698) one transmission shop said i need a new transmission there is to much presser so i called another transmission shop they said that i don't need a new one if it has to much presser my transmission would just shift richer the codes that my van are giving me are electrical. help
