Hey all,
Looking for some information around the 96 Caravan Transmission. Hopefully someone out there has heard of this problem. Last year the transmission was flushed and filters changed, since then only 10000 miles have been added.
Yesterday when I was leaving work I noticed a puddle under the van, when I checked the fluid it was transmission fluid, and close to 1/2 quart had spilled out in the 3 hrs I was parked. I had a stop to make on the way home, and the same thing occured, this puddle is located right behind the passenger side front tire. Second stop...no puddle. Same thing when I got home...went back to look 20 min after parking the van, and a puddle of transmission fluid. One other thing, when the puddle was there it was when I was making a sharp left into a parking space, and when making a right...no puddle. Am I nuts, or is it my van...any information would be appreciated.
