[General]: Wiring rear speakers
There are inline amplifiers on most of these vans depending on options. There will be at least positive, negative, audio positive, audio negative, and the other is probably a signal wire from the radio to power on the amp at a certain ignition state.

Right Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Gray/Black

Use a multi-meter, steady amp will be the +/- for the amp, and fluctuating will be audio, no or low current and ground will be signal.
The stock stereo isn't going to push aftermarket speakers unless they are extremely low watt 4ohm. I'd imagine 35 watt speakers would even under-perform. I'd try 5-15 watt. Freuquecy matching the speakers isn't as important because any speaker that can RMS the power is going to have some responsive range.
