Smile Grand Caravan Temp Blend Door Actuator REAR

How do we access the temperature blend door actuator in the rear? Front a/c blows cold, rear blows great but HOT. I have searched everywhere and I cant find any info on where it is located in the back?

Thanks a ton. I will work on it this weekend. Do you have any pics of the blend actuator attached to the blower?
