Default 2011 Grand Caravan Electrical Issue

Hi I have a 2011 Grand Caravan with approximately 107,000 miles. For awhile now the horn and most of the steering wheel mounted controls do not work. The cruise control does work but the radio/CD controls do not. I have tried disconnecting the negative cable from the battery to reset things but this did not work. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Thank you very much for the quick reply. This does not seem to be too common for my model year and I don't see a recall. Is this a DIY fix or should I get an appointment with the dealer?

Thanks

If you are not comfortable working around the steering wheel/airbag area (both of which need to be removed to access the clock spring), I would recomend taking to the dealer. It could also be some sort of computer/electronic module as well, either case, dealer is the best bet.
