If by controller you mean the "brain" of the A/C system, I believe that is all in the dash behind the main A/C panel. The only other controller I can think of is the panel above the 2nd row, but that's probably just a remote A/C control point, no actual controller in there.

 

Auto temp has a power module instead of a blower resistor so it can get basically an infinite number of blower speeds instead of just 3 or 4. It is located in the same spot, just a lot more money....lol.
