I just purchased a 2015 Grand Caravan STX. While I'm very happy with the van, there is one feature I would like to disable. It is the auto door unlock where when I park and open the driver's door, the rest of the doors automatically unlock. I find this feature to be unsafe. When I asked my dealer about disabling it, I was informed it wasn't possible on this vehicle. I am not convinced. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

The 2015 Users Guide available here: www.dodge.com/en/owners/manuals/ has instructions to disable the "Auto Unlock Doors" feature using either the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC), or by using the ignition and driver's door lock switch. See pages 70 and 71 of the Users Guide.
To program using the EVIC:
Push the RIGHT arrow button until Personal Settings is displayed, then push the DOWN button to scroll through the settings to "Auto Unlock Doors", then push the RIGHT arrow button to change the setting.
To program using the ignition and driver's door lock switch:
Note: Each time you run the above programming procedure it toggles the feature.
That is: if it was on it turns it off, and if it was off it turns it on.
To program using the EVIC:

To have all of the vehicle doors unlock when any door is opened:
• Enter your vehicle and close all the doors,and fasten your seat belt.
• Cycle the ignition switch between the LOCK and ON position four times, ending in the LOCK position (do not start the engine).
• Push the power door UNLOCK switch to unlock the doors. A single chime will indicate that programming is complete..
