1998 dodge grand caravan obd 2 port wiring
pin 7 of OBD 2 connector is not reading at least 3.5v
need wire diagram OBD 2 connector to ECM

Pin 7 is the SCI Transmit wire, it goes to the C2 connector of the PCM, pin 65 and to the TCM connector, pin 7. Do you have an aftermarket scan tool that isn't working?
