Not sure if it makes a difference or not but the colors of my wires going to my horn are not the same that are shown on this video.

 

Changed wire colors almost every year. Did you see the bottom of the relay in the video? See how the terminals are numbered? You should have battery power at terminal 30. If so, jump terminal 30 to terminal 87 and see if you get a horn blast. If you don't, see if you have power at the horn which is on the left front behind the fascia. If you do, bad horn. It is pretty easy to test.
