2007 Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L

Trying to resolve an oil leak issue that seems to be coming around the Oil Filter Housing area.

Replaced the Pressure Switch and tighten it to 17 ft-lbs, seems to be no leak around that part now.

However the bolts that hold the housing to the block seem loose.
There are two one has a 15mm hex the other a 13mm hex.

What are the tightening torque specs for these two bolts?

Also there appears to be a gasket there, do those ever need replaced.
