I am confused about this generation options thing that says it is at the bottom of the page . I don't see a setting at the bottom of any page for that .
I have a brand new 2016 Caravan so I presume that is the 5th generation ?
It there a way I can view messages only for late year models ?
I see the option at the top where I start a topic and I selected 5th Gen 08+ .
How can I set it for just those threads without seeing ones from very old models as well ?

 

It tells you in the Caravan section how to sort the generations.

I am in the Caravan forum and I see threads as far back as 16 years ago on 2000 caravans.
I only want to see threads on the latest generation of Caravans .

Well , I have seen that lots of times but it is just a picture. I need a live one to set it for latest models . I don't want to wade through messages of 15 to 20 year old caravans to find messages on 2016 models.


I will search for those settings for a while again and if I don't find it I will do a search for another Dodge forum to use and move on ..

- Go to the bottom of the page to the "Display Options" section.

- Set the drop down box under "Prefix" to "5th Gen 08+".

- Click the "Show Threads" button to the right of the Prefix box.

You will now see only threads with the "5th Gen 08+" prefix, you need to do this each time you visit this forum.

I do thank you for your attempt to help but the site must have loaded up differently for me than for what you are seeing.
There is no such thing as "Display Options" at the bottom of my page .
Spent enough time trying to navigate this site. Looks like it would have been a nice one.
I will move on in search of a more user friendly site .

Hopefully someone will PM me a link to a good one that has separate forums to click on for different generations .
That would save me some searching and registering in to a few only to find them set up similar to this one which is not to my satisfaction .

 

You'll only see "Display Options" at the bottom of the opening page for the Dodge Caravan link. It's the black banner a few inches from the bottom. "Current Active Viewers" and "Moderators" is in the same black banner.
