Dodge Caravan 2000 alarm keeps going off
I just changed the battery in my Dodge Caravan year 2000 and now when I unlock the door the alarm goes off and I can't start it up. I disconnected the battery. Does anyone know how to disable the alarm or reset the alarm so it can start up? Thanks for the help

On the old PCI BUS (single wire) PCM and BCM, when a battery discharges slow all the way to dead, one of the modules sometimes...can lock into theft mode and get stuck. Even the ones that don't have security alarm will lock into theft fuel mode. The only way to know is with a scan tool as far as I know. There is a possibility a dealer can disable theft with a DRB3 scanner.
