Default 06 Grand Caravan SXT **Gas pours onto ground during fill-up

I fill up the tank with no problem until gas reaches the fill hose. I hear the change in sound coming from the inside of the fill hose when gas begins coming up into the fill hose. At that point gas pours out onto the ground from the top of the tank at the front side.

Does anyone have any idea where my gas is leaking out from?

This issue is also causing the "GASCAP" signal to come on where my odometer is located.

It's not obvious to someone who isn't familiar with this particular system. That's why I asked the question. Don't be an *******. It could be the o-ring on the fuel pump too. Are there any other potential points of leaking?

Sorry, that did some across quite ***-hole-ish...yes, filler neck, o-ring could even be the tank itself has developed a crack or puncture (not likely though). At any rate, dropping the tank would be the only way to find out.

I dropped the tank and whoever installed the fuel pump last didn't re-install the lock ring properly. The fuel pump was loosely attached at the top of the tank. I knocked the ring tight and the dash light went away.
