Default Van idles rough... sometimes?

My mom has a 05 caravan with the 3.3 in it that my brother-in-law drives, and i am trying to get this thing back right. It runs great one trip and the next it runs like crap. When it is running like crap it doesnt idle right it will sit and idle nice and pretty at 800 rpm for a few seconds then it will start spuddering and trying to idle (unsucessfully) at 500 rpm. Smooth out wait a few second rinse and repeat til it finally hits a low where it dies. It also "burps" or hesitates a bit while driving.

Last week it stranded him. We got it home and did the key trick to pull codes it had 2302,2305, and 2308 (pick a coil, any coil, yup its FUBAR) along with 0138 (oxygen sensor).

I decided to start with the coil first assuming that was what stranded him this is how it went

1) Open hood look at coil. Cracked and oozing oil. Replace coil and reset cpu. Still have code 2302.
2) Assume faulty coil return to sotre twice. All still produce 2302. Assume problem other than coil. (van was doing the rpm thing mentioned above all the time assumed was the coil still)
3) Grab test light start van test the leads to the coil. Second pin from left doesn't flash (supposed to).
4) Disconnect coil and cpu test resistance between wires to coil and wires to cpu all are between 0.4 and 0.5.
5) Time for a salvage PCM and a trip to dodge to have it flashed and matched to my key.
6) The auto parts store said it was the O2 sensor closet to the engine causing the code so replace it.

This Killed all of the codes and the van ran like a dream for ONE DAY. Next day check engine light is back and now has code 0138. I was told by the parts house it was the other O2 sensor so i replced it.

All of this has happend in the last 9-10 days with the last O2 sensor being yesterday. Last night me and the brother-in-law had to do something in the van and wound up ideling for a bit. The van throws us 0132 and 0138 while doing the idling thing again and hesitating while drivig so we retun to the house and grab my neon (whole other can of pain there).

Today I wake up decide to do a quick volatge drop test
neg of battery to engine, neg to body, body to engine and nothing is over .3 ohms.

I fire the van and the check engine light is gone so do the key thing and 0132 and 0138 are still in the computer but the check engine light isnt on (it works becaue it lights up on start up) Test drive the van runs good. Leave it idleing while i run in to grab my wallet for a longer test drive and it is sputtering when i come out NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Watch it until it dies. Its hard to crank but after cranking it runs fine for over 10 minutes. I shut it off and check codes still there.

Im at a loss here I cant tell them the van is good because it makes a road trip of at least 75 miles one way almost every day and I dont know if this thing will run like crap when you first start it or if it will wait til it can strand you a 45 minute drive from the house. Where do I need to look to get this thing right?

Im almost to the point of giving the van this
