Default 2003 Grand Caravan can't find cabin air filter

I suspect my cabin air filter is clogged. The blower fan is bogging down. the problem is.. I can't find the filter. I know from YouTube that it is either accessible right behind the glove box, or under it via a cover that has slide locks on it. I checked both points of access. Nothing. I know it's there someplace. I let the guy at Valvoline Oil Change hunt for it too, negatory. i bought this Caravan 2nd hand in 2010. Is it possible that this blower unit came out of a similar but different Chrysler product?

If you have the automatic temp control 3 zone system you should have a filter.
