Default High Pitched Noise

Video link:

I have a 2008 Dodge Caravan with a 3.3L engine that has a intermittent high pitched noise. The noise isn't always consistent in volume and isn't always repeatable. I'd appreciate any ideas of what component is wearing out and needs replacing.

If its the serpentine belt, would you say this is an easy item to replace? I've not done it before but am willing to try. I've had some involved car projects like replacing fuel pressure regulators, replacing spark plugs, and removing car stereos/speakers, but never replaced a serpentine belt before.

Additional Notes, if it helps:
1) The van has 115K miles on it
2) to my knowledge the serpentine belt has not been replaced.

I would try to remove the fan belt and hear if the sound is gone. Could be an idler pulley.
