Update: I am idiot, I realized that I was doing the calibration incorrectly originally, I tried it again today and it's blowing cold on both sides again and that seemed to fixed the problem. It also caused my rear wiper to start working again somehow. Thanks everyone for the help!

While going through threads I was checking things like coolant level and other stuff, and realized I have some brown sludge under my oil cap, and the inside of my radiator is looking rusted, it's not overheating or anything, any ideas? I am going to start searching around here before making a new thread.
