Just bought a used 2016 Grand Caravan and I can't figure out how to use the Bluetooth function on the Uconnext RBZ. When I try to search for it on my phone''s Bluetooth there is nothing to be found. Is there a way that I can reset it or something else?

Have you gone through the pairing instructions? You can try them here:

Go to http://mopar.com/
- click KNOWLEDGE CENTER on the CARE tab
- scroll down and click GET INSTRUCTIONS under BLUETOOTH PAIRING

Yes I have a manual and I've read it. When I search for Bluetooth devices on my phone nothing shows up.

When I go to the instructions page on the Mopar site, the caravan isn't even listed in the drop down boxes.

It's like the feature isn't activated on the radio, which doesn't make sense to me.

 

Does it have the buttons on the steering wheel?

 

It has buttons, but not the call buttons. The only call buttons are on the radio itself

 

I don't think you have it then.

 

At this point I would just check in with your dealership to go over everything. The type of radio you have is compatible with Bluetooth, but if all of the "stuff" you need is missing, then it sounds like it was not included.
