Question Sliding door window doesn't open

I have a 2016 Grand Caravan SXT. The driver's side sliding door window doesn't open with the driver's switch or the door switch. I can hear a click and hum when I try to activate the switch. It's not the safety lock.

Any ideas what's causing this? If I can fix it myself I'd like to.

My dealership is why I have this problem. They were supposed to fix it along with a safety recall and "forgot" even though they were the specific reasons I made the appointment. Now the vehicle isn't under warranty so the door repair will cost me a lot if I have them do it. I'm not afraid fo tackle a repair on my own if someone can give me advice.
