I have a 2013 dodge caravan that intermittently makes a noise just like a whale call. It does it while driving or in park. Only lasts a few seconds and then stops a while. There is no pattern to how often it happens or does not happen. What can is be?

 

Start by opening the hood and have someone sit in it and press the gas while you listen and try to isolate the sound.
