[5th Gen : 08+]: 2010 Caravan Brake Light Issue
I have a 2010 Dodge Caravan. I had the master cylinder replaced because it was leaking, but now the brake light continues to come on after about 15 seconds after starting the vehicle. I have checked the reservoir and it is full. Also the pedal seems to be fine and I don't have any issues with stopping. However, I cannot figure out why the brake light continues to come on. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on what I can do. Thank you.

I have already taken it back to the mechanic who did the work 3 times and he couldn't find why the light is still on. He is a family friend and can't find anything. It is bugging him just as much as it is bugging me. I also took it to a dealer and they just bled the lines and charged me $160. Never fixed the light.
I was curious if it was possibly the sensor gone bad, the sensor was stuck in the reservoir, or an issue with the dash light?
I have also read that some people changed their worn brake pads and it went away, but I was doubting that would be a solution. I do plan on putting new pads on this weekend so I will see if that works.
Thanks for any help or suggestions.
