Default Coolant Leak

I have recently acquired a 1994 Dodge Grand Caravan LE that was sitting for 10 years in a garage. During the process of getting it back to a running condition I noticed that when I put coolant into the van I get a small leak from one of two lines going from the engine to the rear under the driver side.

I see where the leak is and have no doubt I can replace the lines, but I am having problems finding the parts. Does someone know where I can acquire these lines?

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried rock auto? Ebay? Those undoubtedly go to the rear heater core. Is it the metal or the rubber t hats leaking? If it the rubber hose, you can probably just buy a length of hose the same size and use new hose clamps.

It's leaking from the metal part of the line, close to where it join into rubber hose at the back of the van. Now that I know where the lines go I will start looking for prices.
