I have a 2007 Grand Caravan SE, it is running rough and will not idle, we adjusted the throttle screw, replaced the accelerator cable, the EGR valve, throttle body, every sensor we could find, the fuel lines are fine, the catalytic converter is fine, the battery is fine, alternator is fine, transmission fine, replaced the cylinders, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and nothing has changed. What could this be? We are running out of ideas.

 

After a week straight of replacing part after part, it ended up being a valve not moving.
