[5th Gen : 08+]: Grand Caravan 09 AC Discharge Hose re and re.
I had the K09 (discharge hose) recall done in 2010 for my 2009 Grand Caravan and now the hose has leaked all ac propellant and needs to be changed again.
Is there a how to on this anywhere? I have looked but cant find one anywhere and want to do this myself and recharge the system. The hose appears to run from the front down and over the engine to the back bottom which will be a pain to get to.

pic of leaking ac hose
This hose goes from the front of the vehicle over behind and runs under the vehicle before coming up on the driver side. Its very long, maybe 8 feet in total and has no connection along it that I see as being able to detach from the rest of the line. Consists of 3 rubber sections and 3 steel sections with no quick connects, only bolted at each end. Haven't been able to find a pic of hose online of that length that matches it. Not sure how to go about replacing this,

That is the power steering pressure hose, item #5 here: http://www.factorychryslerparts.com/...riveLine=11813
One of the A/C hoses is visible at the very bottom center of your yellow box. The bottom yellow line crosses over the nut that secures the hose to the A/C compressor, the second A/C hose connects to the compressor adjacent to the one in the picture.
