Insrument cluster conversion question
I have a 2003 Caravan C/V and the instrument cluster has no Tachometer. I found a 2003 Grand Caravan in a junkyard and it has the cluster with Tach.... Anybody know if this is an easy swap or:
1.) Is the wiring harness different ?
2.) does my C/V have the necessary RPM sensor installed ?
3.) Does the cluster with the Tach have to be be reprogrammed to match the original total vehicle mileage ?
Bottom line: How hard or practical is it to do this swap ? Is it even doable ?

Will a cluster with Tach from a 2005 Grand Caravan be a plug/ play direct swap ? Thank you VERY much for helping me...I don't think I can live without a Tach, lol.....

My understanding is if it is the same model year, it will work. I don't if other years are compatible or not.
