Default replaced crank and cam sensors, van still dies, p0340 still showing up

My van (01 caravan sport 3.3L, 190k miles) wouldn't start one morning and had a p0340 code. Replaced both the crank and cam sensors. Ran great for 3 weeks and died on the way home one day and the code came back. Died 3 more times on the way home. Checked the voltage and ground at the cam position sensor plug and the + is at 3.99v and the resistance between the ground and the engine block was 40 ohms. Haven't done a test yet of the sensors output voltage while slowly turning the crankshaft.
When it dies, it won't start again. Can get it to start right back up by leaving the ignition on and unplugging the bottom plug to the ECU for a second. Turn it off and then it'll start right up. It will run for 2-10 minutes and then die again.

Really need this fixed ASAP because I don't have any other transportation.

The 4V supply is low. You could cross-check this by checking the voltage at pin #44 of PCM connector #2. That resistance reading is meaningless because ground comes directly from the PCM.
