Hope this community won't mind me posting some as I learn my way around the Town and Country and learn the Pentastar engine as most of the posts here are still relevant.

 

No one will mind. the 3.6 is a great engine.

 

I didn't think so. Everything I read about the 3.6 is very positive outside of the minor problems with the head on a small fraction of the early models. I had a look under the hood and FC was still using the plastic Y pipes but they don't appear to be over a heat source like the 08 caravan. Should I replace them proactively or they aren't a problem since no external heat source near by?

 

If it aint broke, dont fix it.
