[5th Gen : 08+]: Back doors wont open
Hello,
I have a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and last night both doors would not open. They are not electric normally I just unlock the door and open the doors, last night I tried to open them I hit the unlock them my front doors opened, but my back doors would unlock I could pull the handle but the door wouldn't go anywhere and the light would stay on like the door was open if I didn't go and lean up against the door to shut it so the light wouldn't come on. I drove to the store and got back home and unlocked them and tried to open it and they opened right up, got up again this morning and now they wont open again??? I thought that it might have been the keypad so I tried my other one but that didn't work either. Help please my warranty just ended, but I'm hoping its something simple. I thought it may have been because it was 5 degrees here last night that was the issue but its been colder than that and they opened just fine so I don't think that is it.

Sorry to hear about this! If you end up deciding to visit a certified dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to offer assistance if needed. Just send us a PM with your VIN and let me know.
