[4th Gen : 01-07]: Anti-Theft activated. Starter is dead...
Hello!
My Dodge Caravan 2001 will not start after lack of battery 2 weeks. This is a 100% anti-theft system. It did not start 3 times (the engine stopped) and now the starter does not react at all.
I tried reading this topic https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-c...n-t-start.html, but I have a very simple car (no SKIM, SKIS, no central locking, no switches on the doors... - my van WITHOUT any factory vehicle theft security system).
My PCM is 520AK, my BCM 04686920AK
I tried to insert an LED between pin #8 C4 of BCM and ignition switch (see picture). In the run position LED is ON. This is bad? I think this speaks about the activation of the anti-theft system.
What I have already tried:
- i checked all fuses and relays
- tried to remove the battery
- tried to cross the battery + and - , and left for 1-2 hours
What can I try to do...?
Sorry for my bad english... (((
