Seat belt anchoring question
I have a 2017 Grand Caravan. I need to replace the 2nd row shoulder belt on the drivers side with one that hooks onto my Q-Straint (handicapped) lap belt. My question is...how do I remove the plastic cover on the vertical adjustment thingy to expose the bolt, AND what type and size tool will I need to loosen the bolt?
