Default 2008 3.8 caravan Throttle Body / TPS Sensor

Is it possible to replace the throttle position sensor on a 2008. or does the whole throttle body have to be replaced if it goes bad?

I have a P0123 code Throttle Position Sensor/Accelerator Position Pedal Circuit High Input. It happens intermittently.
