Default 06 GC A/C running, outside temp 90, cooling fans shut off compressor keeps running

I have a 2006 Grand Caravan 3.8, 190k+ miles, Dual a/c, a/c cooling so so, pressures 38 low, 310 high, then both fans will turn off and the head press goes to 450+- (low press remains steady unless compressor stops,) and the fans will turn on again or the compressor will cycle off and come back on with the fans, replaced the high press switch and it is doing the same thing, most of the time it is just the fans turning off and head press going to 450+, any Ideas why the fans are turning off?
Side note: Cooling fans and radiator just replaced due to blade failure, hole in radiator.
Thanks

I am surprised the HP switch is not cutting off at 400. Best thing is to ground the fans so they stay on while the key switch is on. Tracking electrical gremlins on these vans will drive you crazeeeeee.
