2006 Grand Caravan 3.8 Surging at about 2500 rpm. Changed EGR Valve, Plugs, Wires, fuel pump pressure 60lbs steady. No check engine light on. 230K miles. Any thoughts, Ideas, suggestions on what may be causing this? Thank You

 

I think I may have found the answer. RPM limiter.
was revving up the engine to check for missing. Will road test it tomorrow to see.

 

Did changing the RPM limiter fix this problem?? I am having the same problem.
