I've got an 09 Grand Caravan with the 3.8. It's got an issue that only happens after the car is warmed up for roughly 30 minutes. The blower will stop blowing cold or hot air. Doesn't matter what setting you have it on. I automatically assumed the blend door wasn't opening to its potential so I replaced the blend door actuator. I am still experiencing the same issue. 30 minutes after its good and warm it no longer blows air at the desired setting. Please note that I can fully hear the fan running. It's running at the correct speed. It's like something is obstructing it. I can turn everything off for 10 minutes and it works!! This only appears to happen after the blower has ran for a long period of time. When the engine is cold everything works as expected. Where should I look next?
