Rear AC/Heat issues
Recently I’ve been having troubles with the rear climate control system. I cannot get any of the heat or AC to kick on. The fan does not run and I am trying to troubleshoot where the issue is? Has anyone run into this issue I believe it is the rear actuator that is the problem.

Thanks but I want to do the work myself I can afford 200 dollar in labor for a possible 30 Dollar part. I am more looking to see if anyone has any way to help troubleshoot situation
