Default 2013 Grand Caravan sxt 3.6 shifting issues

I tried a search but could never find the generation "prefix" to filter 08+
My caravan is shifting at the completely wrong times unless I am accelerating pretty hard. ie. 1st, 2nd, 4th.
Or when I am passing, 6th down to 4th etc.
I'm @ 80k. no leaks that I can see.
an example: I am accelerating mildly to enter the freeway, it goes to far as if I was just wanting to stay at 35-40. I then have to press farther on the pedal which often makes it skip a gear while down shifting and now the rpm's are too high. or vice versa while passing.

I bought it with 65k and I never noticed when I purchased because I was pretty hard on it while test driving

Most likely it is shifting normally. Improves mileage.

I have 3 vehicles 4 including my gf's and just drove my gf's sisters 2012 town and country last month. I am certain this erratic shifting isn't normal.
