I have a 2012 dodge grand caravan, I can't get the rear hatch to open at all. I have checked all the fuses and none were bad, I can't open it from the front upper console or the exterior latch, it is like there is no power somewhere. I can mechanically open it by lifting up on the mechanism from inside the van and that's the only way to get it to open. HELP PLEASE
