Default Crank but not turning over after battery/alternator replacement

Hi,

I own a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3 flex fuel. Last week the battery was drained on accident and after jumping it there was a check engine light that came on. I drove for about 40 minutes to recharge the battery and after returning home the van could start using battery power. Later that evening I had to head to work, but the van wasn't starting on it's own so I jumped it which allowed it to start. On the way to work it lost power including power steering and power to the engine. I had to have it towed to my work and assumed it must be a bad alternator. I had the alternator replaced, but it still wasn't holding a charge or turning over. I had the battery replaced as well, but it is still cranking but not turning over. Is there something that needs to be reset when the battery is completely drained or is there something else that might have gone bad? It was starting without any issue. I have read about the TIPM going bad, but it seems like it could be some computer/security function that needs to be reset. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
