I recently purchased a 2012 Grand Caravan with 39,500 miles. I'm really liking it. I've noticed, however, that the driver's armrest tilts below level, as do a few of the others. I suspect this is because previous drivers and passengers leaned on the armrests for prolonged periods. Can this be fixed with an adjustment, do the armrests need to be replaced or does fixing the problem require replacing the seat frames? I asked the service and parts departments at my local Dodge dealership, and they were unsure. Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
