Default Front heater fan doesn't blow, but rear one only on high

My 2003 Grand Caravan has heater fan issues. The front blower doesn't blow on any fan speed, the rear blower only blows on high speed. I changed the resistor behind the glove box and that didn't make any difference. Any ideas what to check next?

start the engine...put the blower motor on high...hammer fist the blower motor a few times...if the motor starts running...the brushes are worn...replace the blower motor.

The front blower motor was gone, bought a new blower, plugged it in and it worked perfect. Back blower needed a new resistor. So all is good now. All fans are blowing on all speeds.
