[5th Gen : 08+]: 2019 Dodge Caravan SXT Uconnect 430, 430N RBZ
So I recently bought a lightly used 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT (still has full warranty) . It's pretty cool, except that my UConnect doesn't hear me, and my usb doesn't work. What are the odds its a bad unit? It's a 430 RBZ. Basically i can't pair, set up or do anything. I have a Jeep Wrangler and have no issues with my UConnect on it. When I called to make an appointment with the dealership this week, I asked if I could swap the radio for the 430N and I would be happy to pay for it but was told that you can't swap the radio's out at all like you used to be able to- because it will affect the car's computer. Is this correct? I just want factory navigation and working Uconnect. My XM works. Am I really out of luck in wanting NAV on my van?
