2017 Electric Sliding Door won't remain open...
I have a 2017 Grand Caravan GT with 37K miles on it and everything has worked perfectly up until now. The passenger side sliding door just started misbehaving: Regardless of whether you use the fob, inside button or exterior handle to open the door, it opens normally to the all-the-way position, but then reverses and closes again. It will not remain open!
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem? I am guessing that there is a switch that signals the full-open position and there might be a latch mechanism that is supposed to activate once the door is fully open. Where can I find a "Theory of Operation", electrical schematics, etc. on this problem?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks very much for the response! I'm happy to say that this is one of the first vehicles I've ever purchased that didn't need anything under warranty. I rarely visit any dealership for non-warranty work because I like to do everything I can myself. If I can't fix this myself, I'll probably just not use that door any more. Thanks again!
