Angry Both Sliding Doors Stopped Working At The Same Time

Hello Everyone, I am new here as i just purchased a used 2018 Grand Caravan GT with 40k miles. I have looked on the forums and cant seem to find what I'm looking for so excuse me if this has been addressed by someone already. Everything has been working great until this week. I remote started my car and opened both sliding doors as I usually do to put both my kids in and everything was fine. After buckling them I push the door jamb button and nothing happens. I sit down in the driver seat and push the overhead button, nothing happens. I had to close them manually. I drove the van a few miles to go eat and turned it off, tried opening them again and nothing. Key fob, jamb button and overhead button are not working. Child lock is not engaged. I checked every fuse and moved some of the relays around just to make sure i didn't have a dud among them. I even replaced the square fuse that controls the sliding door just in case and nothing. i disconnected the battery for about an hour to reset the BCM, nothing. I pulled out the wiring harness in the sliding door track and could not find any broken wires on either door. Has anybody else had this issue? Its only a year and a half old but i'm out of warranty. Both doors going out at the same time seem like its something up the line above the individual control modules and motor, but i could be completely wrong. PLEASE HELP!

You need to get it scanned sound like there an issue with power sliding door control modules not responding to the commands. Today vehicles are more and more electronically controlled it might just be a communication failure that happened which now needs to be reset. Unlike popular belief the new generation of OBD II automatically stores faults and error codes now disconnecting the battery doesn't reset the system like it did in the first generation of OBD. Now the only way to clear and erase the error codes is with a scan tool
