Default What is the Name/Part# of this Hose?

2012 Grand Caravan SXT, 3.6L 62TE. Picture taken from driver's fender, pointed towards passenger side. Does anyone know the name of the hose with the red flashlight's face/lights lying against it? The hose in question is the hose that runs from the lower portion of the aluminum tube from the left (aluminum tube seems to be connected to the water pump's smaller outlet tube) to under the intake. I would like to replace it, due to age, and do not know how to search for it. It seems to be molded, so I don't know if a piece of bulk hose will work. Any input would be appreciated, and if identifying the hose required work, I will buy you an $20 Amazon gift card to the first person who gives the correct Mopar name, or part #.

Looking at the same hose on my 2016, it runs to the engine oil cooler (integrated with oil filter housing) that bolts on top of the valley.

Mine didn’t look molded but maybe there was a change between the model years, otherwise I think it’s either 1/2” or 5/8” hose. You’ll probably have to pull the lower intake to do it so have those gaskets ready too.

I believe that is the Heater Return Hose, part number 5058858AD, item #1 here: https://www.factorychryslerparts.com...rimLevel=18515

Thank you both, for all your help. On my own search, before anyone chimed in, I came up with the second offering advice, or the heater return hose, but didn't feel quite right about it. So, as it turns out, GumbyRT, you are correct, the hose on the right, is the hose in question, and is Mopar Part No.: 68057473AB., or:

The diagram picture keeps changing everytime I check this thread. The original I posted clearly showed the same routing as my photograph with the flashlight. This edit information is good for those who search old threads for current repairs.

georgef,
Thanks for helping me hunt down this hose. Now that I've found it, I see it's no longer available. Hmm...
Anyhow, I'm curious with all those Caravans you have to your name, and all those miles you accumulated on them, how many ignition coils have you had to replace?
I'm preparing an online order, and am trying to have some emergency items on hand, and am wondering if I should just change all 6 of them. I have 110K miles on my 3.6, but who knows, these might go 250K. I have that old style thinking that everything is junk by 100K, or 10 years, and my van is over one, and close to the other.

I need you guys to help me make a judgment call; I am about to take off the intake to replace a hose, and the engine has 110K miles, and I thought now would be a good time to do ignition coils just out of preventative maintenance. I don't know the typical life expectancy of coils on the 3.6L Pentastar. I've performed spark plugs already, but am wondering about these coils. Do you think 110K is just right, too soon? Does anyone with experience with these coils have an opinion to give? Thank you.

I was able to get the OEM part from ebay. Came with the Corbin clamps preinstalled on both ends.
It is also available from ACDELCO14876S and GATES12047.
