Default Weird rear storage panel. Flashlight or vacuum?

I have what I am sure is a dumb question, but I can’t seem to figure it out. I have a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. In the rear storage compartment there is a panel on the passenger side that has a raised section with a picture of a flashlight or vacuum on it. Above the picture is the word “Push”. I seem to be unable to figure out what this is. There isn’t anything in the owners manual that I could find. Pushing where it says push does nothing ( except when the vehicle is on it sounds like it is slowing down a fan through contact with the plastic of the panel). Does anyone know what this is, or what it does? Also, how to access it, since pushing doesn’t do anything?

Thanks in advance,
Josh

Some Dodge/Chrysler vans were equipped with a flashlight that stowed inside the trim panels - sounds like that’s what you’re looking at.

Look under the lighting and/or emergency sections of the manual, or try looking up flashlight in the index - maybe you’ll find it there.

I’ve never had to remove one but I’m guessing the “push” means that pushing in that spot is supposed to release it (like some cabinet doors) so it’s possible it’s stuck and you may have to use a small screwdriver to pry it out.
