I've had my 2015 Grand Caravan SXT for about a year now, used. I have the flip in U-Connect radio with communication phone button, and appears to have microphone in the driver's dash (?). However, the system says on screen feature not available. Reset? Or not actually hooked up by dealer? Can it be?

Unfortunately even though you have the phone buttons on the radio doesn't necessarily mean you have the uconnect hands free feature. The U connect hands free group option must be included in your van option list a quick way to tell is that it come equip with the auto dimming rearview mirror with microphone. You can look it up on your manufacturer window sticker if you have it if not go to this website https://researchmaniacs.com/VIN-Numb...ker/Dodge.html and enter your vin # and you can get an original printable copy of the vehicle window sticker.
