The oil pump failed on our 2000 caravan. We have a 1999 with the same engine, and I was wondering if it would be possible to swap the engines out? Both are 3.3 V6 engines.

 

I suggest you find a crate hemi and put it in there. JUST DO IT!

 

On a more serious note you can ask a junk yard or a dealer. I think as long as you brought all the accessories and ECU over with it then there could be no issue. All you need is for the transmission bolt positions to line up and the spot where the exhaust manifold meets the pipe would need to be in the same place.
