Passengers side sliding door of 2017 Caravan SXT will not lock. **** on for handle will not budge like the child proof lever is in lock mode but isn't and power locks will not lock it either, all other doors lock and unlock.

 

My drivers side sliding door had a broken wire in the harness. Spliced it and all repaired

 

I had to replace the door lock actuator twice in my 2015. It's a bugger to get to, but it can be done yourself if you're determined enough. Part is about $40, and there is a decent youtube walkthrough. I'd first take off the panel and make sure wiring and the rod connecting the actuator to the lock are all connected.
